AAA Region VII recap Oct. 30, 2012
Socastee extended the longest winning streak in AAA Region VII this week by beating St. James, 35-0. The win marks 10th in a row for the the Braves.
Myrtle Beach led the league in scoring this week after putting up 55 points on North Myrtle Beach.
Georgetown's Caleb Hughes and Alvin Walker have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Hughes has thrown for 1324 yards this season, while Walker, a 6-foot-4 receiver, has 48 catches for 577 yards. St. James' Austin Adams leads the league in rushing yards with 696.
