The Rock Springs Christian Academy fell victim to the Calvary Christian Knights''s stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They took a serious blow against the Knights, falling 48-0. Rock Springs Christian Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
De'andre Heard was a one-man wrecking crew for Calvary Christian as he rushed for 200 yards and four touchdowns on only 14 carries. Heard's longest rush was for an incredible 70 yards. Luke Zevac also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Rock Springs Christian Academy has been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season. As for Calvary Christian, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Skipstone Academy the next time they take the field. Rock Springs Christian Academy will host Skipstone Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Calvary Christian will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on November 3rd.
