The Eagles escaped with a 78-72 win in the final of the Montverde Academy Invitational to run their record to 23-0. But other top teams continue to show they have the ability to compete with the perennial powerhouse as the season hits the home stretch and positioning in the national championship tournament (formerly GEICO Nationals) is determined.
The end-of-season tournament is expected to announce a new sponsor in the coming weeks. The event is set to take place from April 4-6 in Indianapolis.
While the order of the rankings has remained mostly unchanged over the past few updates, things should heat up this weekend with several big games on the schedule.
