Poway had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top against the Basha Bears by a score of 2-0.

Samson Cuevas paced Poway's offense, picking up eight kills. Cuevas got some help from Landon Jackson and his 13 assists. Cuevas was also solid from the service line: he led the team with two aces.

Poway's win bumped their record up to 17-8. As for Basha, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Poway wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Northwest Christian on the 27th. As for Basha, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Cactus Shadows on the 27th.
