The Lincoln Lancers lost against the Croton-Harmon Tigers back in December of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Lincoln took a hard 65-46 fall against Croton-Harmon. Lincoln has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Lincoln's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jailos Chilomba, who scored 15 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Chilomba has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Chauncey Gordon , who scored 13 points along with eight rebounds.
Lincoln's loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-3. As for Croton-Harmon, the win got them back to even at 1-1.
Lincoln won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Westlake at 3:10 p.m. on December 16th. Westlake presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Lincoln in New York (Westlake is ranked 119th, while Lincoln is ranked 399th). As for Croton-Harmon, they will head out on the road to face off against Saunders Trades & Tech at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
