At the plate, the team relied heavily on J.P. Horetsky, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Jacob Miller, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one double.
Middletown kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 11 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Susquehanna Township only managed two hits.
Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Camp Hill duked it out with East Pennsboro on Thursday. The Lions fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 2-0. The Lions haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Saturday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Middletown has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 6.7 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Camp Hill struggles in that department as they've been averaging 8.1 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
