Socorro saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gabriel Silva, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. Another was Cullen Baxter, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Silver has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.7 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Socorro struggles in that department as they've been averaging 5 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Everything went Silver's way against Socorro when the teams last played back in April of 2025, as Silver made off with a 9-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Fighting Colts since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
