Choctaw County had to endure a seven-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They enjoyed a cozy 68-51 victory over Sweet Water on Tuesday. Choctaw County's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Tyshawn Carlisle was his usual excellent self, scoring 32 points along with seven rebounds and five assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Johnny Grice Jr., who scored 18 points.
Meanwhile, Millry didn't have too much trouble with Fruitdale on the road on Tuesday as they won 58-44.
Choctaw County's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Millry, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.
