The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Pratoussy, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one RBI.
Columbia River was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .400. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.
Columbia River is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Hudson's Bay, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-14.
