Archbishop Spalding Wins 13th-Straight Thanks to  Antonio Ledbetter Jr
  Antonio Ledbetter Jr's big game helped extend Archbishop Spalding's winning streak to 13 on Friday. Ledbetter Jr produced his best game of the campaign : he rushed for 125 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries. That's the most  rushing yards  he has posted since back in August.
 Archbishop Spalding pushed their record up to 9-0 with the  win, which was their ninth straight  at home dating back to last season. Ledbetter Jr and Archbishop Spalding will square off against Mount St. Joseph at 1:00  p.m.  on Saturday.

John Asuquo Turns in Season-Best  Performance
 On Friday, Calvert Hall got the W thanks in part to  John Asuquo playing the best football he has all season. Asuquo rushed for 117 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries. The  performance  marked the most  rushing yards  he has had since back in August of 2023. His longest rush was for an incredible 70 yards.
 This season,  Asuquo  has run in 4 touchdowns while averaging 54.5 rushing yards per game. He's  made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year,  he was only averaging 4.5  rushing yards per game.

Braeden Palazzo Delivers Electric  Performance Vs Concordia Prep
  Braeden Palazzo put up the most  rushing yards he's  had since back in October of 2023 on Saturday. He threw for 201 yards and three touchdowns.
 The  victory (which was McDonogh's fifth in a row) raised their record to 8-1. Palazzo and McDonogh will challenge Gilman at 2:00  p.m.  on Saturday.

A Season-Best  Performance from  Jefferson Exinor Jr Leads Mcdonogh over Concordia Prep
 McDonogh was led to victory by  Jefferson Exinor Jr, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Saturday. Exinor Jr picked up 56 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
 If history really does repeat itself,  Exinor Jr might just drop another big game when he faces off against Gilman on Saturday. When  Exinor Jr last faced the Greyhounds  back in November of 2023, he picked up 120 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Anthony Redfern Delivers Best  Effort of Season
 On Saturday, McDonogh got the W thanks in part to  Anthony Redfern playing the best football he has all season. Redfern made eight total tackles (2.0 for loss) and snagged   an  interception which he returned  for a touchdown.
 For the season,  Redfern  has averaged 4.4 total tackles per game  and for the season has 2  interceptions. He is looking even better than he did last year: after nine games last season,  he had one  interception.
