While losing is never fun, Hilldale can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 166th, while Bristow is ranked 41st).
Bristow got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Addi Alexander out in front who scored 20 points along with 9 rebounds and 3 steals. The matchup was Alexander's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Abby Morgan, who scored 15 points along with 3 steals.
Hilldale's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Bristow, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
Hilldale will head out on the road to face off against Verdigris at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Verdigris will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak. As for Bristow, they will face off against Chandler at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
