Beulah took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They breezed past the Abbeville Yellowjackets to the tune of 42-14. With the Bobcats ahead 28-6 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Beulah's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Khamoni Lindsey, who rushed for 101 yards and three touchdowns on only 13 carries. That's the most rushing touchdowns Lindsey has posted since back in August of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Cam Baker, who gained 101 total yards and two touchdowns.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beulah will square off against Lanett at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Abbeville, they will head out to challenge Headland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
