Montverde Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .520. The last time their batting average was this high was back in April of 2024.
Montverde Academy now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Bishop Moore, their record is now 6-1.
Tuesday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Bishop Moore has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .489. However, it's not like Montverde Academy struggles in that department as they've averaged .438. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Bishop Moore couldn't quite finish off Montverde Academy in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 and fell 8-6. Can Bishop Moore avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
