Brady Bowen continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 20 points along with six assists. That makes it four consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Wooster's points. Anthony Carmean was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Wooster's win bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Mt. Vernon, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wooster will take on Madison Comprehensive at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
