It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Chopticon ultimately got the result they hoped for on Wednesday. They skirted past the McDonough Rams 55-53. The Braves' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Chopticon to victory, but perhaps none more so than Mekenzie Ganley, who posted 17 points. Ganley is trending in the right direction considering she's improved her point production for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooke Hutson, who scored nine points.
