Vermilion waltzed into their contest on Saturday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came within five points of losing the streak, but they secured a 50-45 W against the Edison Chargers. Vermilion now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Edison, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-8.
Coming up, Vermilion will face off against Port Clinton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Edison, they will take on Lakota at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
