The biggest upset of the week belonged to Utica Eisenhower, who took down 37th ranked Utica Eisenhower, 24-6. Richmon Render threw for 171 yards and one touchdown and ran for seven yards in the win.
Evan Richardson and Mitch Pacitti provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Utica Stevenson. The longest such play in Macomb Area - Red this season, the connection resulted in 88 yards.
Trevon Bauch was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 25 carries, he ran for 168 yards as the Titans topped the Eagles. Teammate Jonathan Griffin added to the ground attack by rushing for 15 yards.
Richardson put up the best numbers through the air as Romeo fell to Utica Stevenson. He finished with 11 completions for 193 yards and two touchdowns. Richardson's favorite target this week was Pacitti, who caught three passes for 113 yards.
Chase was the best wideout in the league this week as the Cougars bested Utica Eisenhower. Chase racked up four receptions for 117 yards. Matthew Crossley helped Dakota's passing attack out by catching three balls for 28 yards.
Utica Stevenson's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Titans feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Kyle Maxson has thrown for 825 yards and nine touchdowns this season, while Tyler Sykes has 11 catches for 377 yards. Bauch leads the league in rushing with 436 yards.
Steve Goralski's team moved up to 79 from 167 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Titans climbed the ranks as a result of a 22-18 win over the Bulldogs.
