The Washougal Panthers lost against the Heritage Timberwolves back in November of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Washougal fell just short of Heritage by a score of 41-39. Washougal has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Washougal's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Holden Bea, who scored 11 points. Jackson Multanen was another key contributor, scoring 8 points.
Washougal's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Heritage, their victory bumped their record up to 1-2.
Washougal will be playing in front of their home fans against R.A. Long at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Heritage, they will head out on the road to face off against Hood River Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
