Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Longview Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Oscar Adame, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds. The contest was Adame's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Judah Sandel, who scored 9 points along with 7 steals and 5 assists.
Trinity School of Texas' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Longview Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 1-2.
Trinity School of Texas will look to defend their home court on Monday against Providence Academy at 7:00 p.m. As for Longview Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against St. Mary's at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
