Concord Christian Academy slipped by Fairwinds Christian 46-45 on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Concord Christian Academy also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2023.
Concord Christian Academy found their leader in underclassman Carlin Hollis - Homeschool, who scored 26 points along with five rebounds and three steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Hollis - Homeschool has scored at least a third of Concord Christian Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Keavon Bailey - Homeschool, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and three steals.
Several Knights players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jaiden Rajis, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds. Rajis has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Solomon Mccloud HS was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with nine rebounds and three steals.
Concord Christian Academy's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-1. As for Fairwinds Christian, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season.
