The Killian Hill Christian Cougars's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They were beaten by Rock Springs Christian Academy 78-34. Killian Hill Christian lost against Rock Springs Christian Academy in their previous head to head back in December of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 62-60 score last time.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Rock Springs Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Isaac Eubanks, who scored 20 points. Tate Shiflett was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Killian Hill Christian has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. As for Rock Springs Christian Academy, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Killian Hill Christian won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Victory Baptist at 7:30 p.m. on November 28th. As for Rock Springs Christian Academy, they will be playing at home against Trinity Christian School of Griffin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
