After soaring to 16 runs the game before, North was a bit more limited in their game on Wednesday. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Park Wolfpack. The Polars' loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

North's defeat dropped their record down to 15-5. As for Park, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-7.

Coming up, North will square off against Mounds View at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Mustangs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.85 runs per game on average), something the Polars will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Park, they are taking a road trip to take on Hastings at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Raiders' pitching crew has only allowed 2.3 runs per game this season, so the Wolfpack's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
