Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Rockville Rams, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They were beaten by the Tigers 57-20 on Saturday. Rockville's defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.
Rockville's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Brady Ramsdell, who threw for 201 yards and two touchdowns, and Amir Knighton who gained 169 total yards. Knighton hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for three straight games.
It was another big night for Aidan Dolan, who rushed for 267 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 8.9 yards per carry, and also threw for 43 yards and a touchdown while completing 100% of his passes for Hand. Dolan was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 66 yards. Another player making a difference was Jack Shay, who threw for 155 yards and two touchdowns.
Rockville's defeat dropped their record down to 11-2. As for Hand, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-1.
Rockville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Hand also has no future games currently scheduled.
