The Classical Saints won the last time they faced the Sedgwick Cardinals, and things went their way on Monday too. Classical came out on top against Sedgwick by a score of 40-32. That's two games straight that Classical has won by exactly eight points.
Among those leading the charge was Charlie Graham, who scored 17 points along with 4 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Sam Wilkey, who scored 6 points along with 8 rebounds.
The win makes it two in a row for Classical and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Sedgwick, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Classical won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Belle Plaine at 7:00 p.m. on December 5th. Sedgwick will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Kingman at 7:30 p.m. on December 15th.
