Farmington is 0-5 against the Silverwolves since January of 2022 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Farmington Phoenix will head out on the road to square off against the Fremont Silverwolves at 5:15 p.m. Farmington is no doubt hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
Last Friday, everything went Farmington's way against the Warriors as the Phoenix made off with a 57-33 win. The victory was just what Farmington needed coming off of a 68-30 defeat in their prior game.
Meanwhile, Fremont came up short against the Darts on Friday and fell 59-46. While losing is never fun, Fremont can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Utah basketball rankings (they are ranked 41st, while the Darts are ranked fifth).
Farmington's victory ended a six-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-14. As for Fremont, they now have a losing record at 9-10.
Farmington was dealt a bruising 62-31 loss at the hands of the Silverwolves in their previous matchup back in January. The matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point Farmington was down 34-7.
