Fortune Academy's's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They were beaten by Indiana School for the Deaf 75-20. Fortune Academy has struggled against Indiana School for the Deaf recently, as their game on Tuesday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Dylan Puent continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Indiana School for the Deaf, dropping a double-double on 17 points and 21 rebounds. The game was Puent's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Zander Gonzalez, who scored 20 points along with nine rebounds.
Fortune Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Indiana School for the Deaf, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.
Fortune Academy will stay at home for another game and welcome Legacy Christian at 7:00 p.m. on December 14th. Hopefully Legacy Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 last Thursday. Indiana School for the Deaf's road trip will continue as they head out to face Ohio School for the Deaf at 8:30 p.m. on December 15th.
