Softball Recap: First Baptist School Comes Up Short on the Road Against Holly Hill Academy

First Baptist School kicked off their season on the road on Tuesday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Holly Hill Academy Raiders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hurricanes of the 4-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2015.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. First Baptist School will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bridges Prep at 5:00 p.m. on March 27th. As for Holly Hill Academy, they will challenge Colleton Prep Academy at 7:00 p.m. on March 5th. Holly Hill Academy is facing Colleton Prep Academy at the right time seeing as Colleton Prep Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
