Decatur had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.8 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They blew past the Lawton Blue Devils 16-1. Considering the Raiders have won 17 games by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The team relied heavily on Sienna Potter, who went 2-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and two doubles. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Jenna Bradford, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with three runs and one RBI.

Decatur pushed their record up to 18-9 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Lawton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-14.

Decatur will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Blue Devils: the pair will be back at it again later today.
