The Trinity Christian School of Griffin LIONS waltzed into their contest Thursday with four straight wins but they left with five. They managed a 63-57 win over Windsor Academy. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Rashawn Moton continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 28 points and 13 rebounds. The game was his eighth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of jaylen dallas, who scored nine points along with ten assists and five steals.
Despite the loss, Windsor Academy still got an impressive performance from Gavin Snow, who scored 17 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Those three steals set a new season-high mark for him. Landen Locke was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with five assists and five rebounds.
Trinity Christian School of Griffin is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season. As for Windsor Academy, they now have a losing record at 4-5.
