Whitehorse have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. They will challenge Monument Valley on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes: the MaxPreps rankings predict a close match.
Whitehorse were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap two weeks ago, as they fell 14-20 to Navajo Prep.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Monument Valley, and their contest last Thursday only extended their streak of losses to three. They were given a punishing 13-48 defeat at the hands of Dove Creek. Monument Valley were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 6-42.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the victory. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
