Cole Rivers continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 27 points along with 9 rebounds. The contest was his third in a row with at least ten points. Bennett Martinez was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with 6 assists.
Skidmore-Tynan's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Harmony School of Excellence, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Skidmore-Tynan will face off against Kaufer at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Kaufer will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 967th, while Skidmore-Tynan is ranked 252nd). As for Harmony School of Excellence, they will head out on the road to face off against Hebbronville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hebbronville has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
