The Horizon Hawks fell victim to the Jones Fightin' Tigers''s stalwart defense on Thursday and couldn't make it onto the board. They were outmatched by the Fightin' Tigers at home and fell 56-0. Horizon just can't catch a break and has now endured three losses in a row.
Jones' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jerrian Parker led the charge by rushing for 130 yards and a touchdown on only six carries. Parker really tore up the turf during one magnificent 74-yard run. Another player making a difference was Trever Jackson, who rushed for 20 yards and a touchdown.
