The Jordan-Elbridge Eagles won the last time they faced the Hannibal Warriors, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Jordan-Elbridge walked away with a 42-31 win over Hannibal. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Jordan-Elbridge.
Jordan-Elbridge's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ava Hildebrant led the charge by scoring 17 points along with five steals. The contest was Hildebrant's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Erin Lavancha, who scored nine points along with 13 rebounds and four blocks.
Jordan-Elbridge's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Hannibal, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
Jordan-Elbridge will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Marcellus at 7:00 p.m. on January 2, 2024. After both having extra time off, Hannibal and Skaneateles will dust off their jerseys to challenge one another at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2024.
