East New York Family Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Amariah Clyne, who scored 11 points. Another player making a difference was Arianna Mercado, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
East New York Family Academy's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-6. As for Long Island Lutheran, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-1.
