Given Northern Virginia HomeSchool's advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 134th, while Loudoun County HomeSchool is ranked 317th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Northern Virginia HomeSchool's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Joshua/khase Anderson, who scored ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Javier Perez, who scored ten points.
Northern Virginia HomeSchool is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season. As for Loudoun County HomeSchool, they dropped their record down to 4-13 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home.

As for Loudoun County HomeSchool, they will face off against James River HomeSchool at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully James River HomeSchool focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up seven last Tuesday.
