Meanwhile, after only 25 points in their last game, Clover Garden School made sure to put some points up on the board against Ascend Leadership last Tuesday. Clover Garden School really took it to Ascend Leadership for the full four quarters, racking up a 60-30 win on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Clover Garden School has managed all season.
Clover Garden School got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Michael Purvis out in front who dropped a double-double on ten points and 13 rebounds. Purvis is absolutely dominating the rebound category: he's posted at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Brady Whitt, who scored 15 points.
