North Davidson had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 21-run drubbing they dealt North Forsyth on Monday. The Knights blew past the Vikings 21-0. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won 11 games by eight runs or more so far this season.

North Davidson pushed their record up to 13-9 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.1 runs on average over those games. As for North Forsyth, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.

Coming up, North Davidson will head out to face off against Mount Tabor at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Knights will need to watch out since the Spartans have now posted at least ten runs in their last four matchups. North Forsyth does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
