The TEACH Homeschool Beach Breakers will face off against the Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association Patriots at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
TEACH Homeschool is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They never let StoneBridge get on the board and left with an 18-0 win on Thursday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Beach Breakers considering their two-run performance the matchup before.

Conner Burcker looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. TEACH Homeschool is 2-1 when Burcker allows two or fewer hits, but 3-9 otherwise.
On the hitting side, TEACH Homeschool got a massive performance out of Zach Daniels, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most RBI Daniels has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Paul Schwindt, who went 3-for-5 with two runs, two doubles, and one RBI.
TEACH Homeschool always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .514. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Flames as they made off with a 15-6 victory.
Braeden Copeland looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.
At the plate, the team relied heavily on Keegan HAGER, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. He is on a roll when it comes to RBI, as he's now brought in three or more in each of the last three games he's played. Collin FELTS was another key player, going 3-for-5 with three runs, one double, and one RBI.
Central Virginia Homeschool Athletic Association's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-6-1. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.4 runs on average over those games. As for TEACH Homeschool, their win bumped their record up to 5-10.
