After a string of nine wins, Bay Shore's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Webster Schroeder Warriors.

Leading Webster Schroeder to victory were Maddie Siphakongviseth and Gigi Lannotti. Siphakongviseth had 19 digs and one assist, while Lannotti had 13 assists and five digs. Lannotti is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in each of the last seven games she's played.

Bay Shore's defeat dropped their record down to 13-2. As for Webster Schroeder, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 26-2-1.

Coming up, Bay Shore will venture away from home to challenge Brentwood at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Webster Schroeder, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Victor on the 11th.
