The Front Range Baptist Falcons had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 37 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 46-32 victory over Denver Academy of Torah. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Front Range Baptist also won the last time the pair played back in February.
Front Range Baptist can attribute much of their success to Alex Prelog, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 10 rebounds. The game was Prelog's third in a row with at least ten points. Ethan Granthan was another key contributor, scoring 8 points along with 4 steals.
Front Range Baptist's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Denver Academy of Torah, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Front Range Baptist is on the road again on Thursday and play against Campion Academy at 7:30 p.m. on December 7th. As for Denver Academy of Torah, they will take on Twin Peaks Charter Academy at 6:15 p.m. on December 15th.
