Two dominant guards in Braden Stephenson and Quincy Reynolds are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Carroll County Panthers's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Madison Cubs at 7:30 p.m. on February 9th. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Saturday, Carroll County ended up a good deal behind the Titans and lost 62-47.
Meanwhile, Madison was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 53-49 to the Bulldogs. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Madison in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now lost three in a row.
The losing side was boosted by Reynolds, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Davis, who scored nine points along with five rebounds.
Carroll County's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-13. As for Madison, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-12.
