The Central Hawks can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They walked away with a 64-57 win over Marion County. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Central was led to victory by Joshua Seldon and Demarcus White. Seldon scored 19 points, while White scored 23 points. White continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last four games he's played.
The victory got Central back to even at 7-7. As for Marion County, their loss dropped their record down to 8-7.
Central will head out on the road to square off against Calvary Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Marion County, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Schley County at 7:30 p.m. Schley County has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
