Tyler has won four straight games at home, while Wheeling Central Catholic has won four straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much  on Friday.  Zayne Rosnick made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only two  hits while striking out seven over seven innings pitched. Rosnick was also solid in the batter's box,  going 3-for-4 with four  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Gary Hatfield was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Braxton Billick, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances.
 Tyler is  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-4 record  this season. The  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Wheeling Central Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 4-0.
