The Fairview Eagles and the Adams County Christian Eagles will face off at 7:30 p.m. on February 8th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Fairview has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 296 points over their last four contests.
Fairview pushed their score all the way to 60 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 71-60 to Grace Christian. While losing is never fun, Fairview can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps's basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 234th in Kentucky, while the are ranked 93rd in West Virginia).
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Adams County Christian, who are still winless after their fourth match. They were beaten by Scioto Christian 65-23 back in December of 2023.
Fairview's defeat dropped their record down to 7-18. As for Adams County Christian, they dropped their record down to 0-4 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
