Even though the Valley View Eagles scored an imposing 59 points on Wednesday, the Colony Titans still came out on top. Colony managed a 64-59 victory over Valley View. That's another feather in the cap for Colony, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Despite the loss, Valley View still got an impressive performance from Jalyn Talbert, who scored 23 points along with 8 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Charles Knight, who scored 11 points along with 7 rebounds.
Colony's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Valley View, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.
Colony's road trip will continue as they head out to face Rancho Verde at 6:00 p.m. on December 1st. One thing working in Rancho Verde's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last three contests. As for Valley View, they will square off against Indio at 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
