Lowell were fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Mapleton 68-28. That result was just more of the same for Lowell, who also won the last time these teams played.
The win bumped Lowell's record up to 4-2. The loss dropped Mapleton back to even at 3-3.
Next week Lowell take on Oakridge at 7:00 PM. Oakridge are limping into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. As for Mapleton, they will face off against North Douglas. Mapleton's defense better steel itself: North Douglas are averaging 45.33 points per game.
