On Saturday Mount Sinai take on East Hampton/Ross at 3:00 PM. Mount Sinai are cruising in on a five-game winning streak while East Hampton/Ross are stumbling in off of four consecutive losses.
It was all tied up at the half for Mount Sinai and Babylon last Friday, but Mount Sinai stepped up in the second half. Mount Sinai had just enough and edged out Babylon 11-8. The margin of victory was a little narrower than expected seeing as Mount Sinai are ranked 109 places ahead of Babylon in the state rankings.
Meanwhile, it was close but no cigar for East Hampton/Ross as they fell 0-2 to Port Jefferson.
Mount Sinai's victory lifted them to 5-0 while East Hampton/Ross's loss dropped them down to 0-4. We'll see if Mount Sinai's success rolls on or if East Hampton/Ross are able to steal their positive momentum.
