 Massabesic took a loss when they played away from home  on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed  on Friday. They walked away with  a   4-1  win over Sanford.
  Kendal Pelletier spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on four hits and racked up nine Ks.
 On the hitting side,  the team  relied heavily on  Baylee Wright, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile,  after soaring to 28  runs the game before, Noble was a bit more limited  in their  matchup  on Friday. They lost  14-1 to Gorham. Noble has struggled against Gorham recently, as their  game on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
 Massabesic is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four contests,  which provided a massive bump to their 6-6 record  this season. As for Noble, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-12.
