They really took it to Letcher County Central for the full four quarters, racking up a 50-13 win at home. Considering Taylor County has won six games by more than 23 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Taylor County's win was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 9-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.3 points per game. As for Letcher County Central, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-5.
Taylor County will head out on the road to face off against Corbin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Corbin will be hoping to continue their four-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last. Letcher County Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
