Anthony Reyes was a one-man wrecking crew for Fox Tech as he scored 19 points along with six assists and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Amaryon Thompson, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds and four steals.
Meanwhile, after a string of 29 wins, La Vernia's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell to John F. Kennedy 38-32. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points La Vernia has scored all season.
Fox Tech's win bumped their record up to 10-20. As for La Vernia, their loss ended a eight-game streak of away wins and brought them to 29-1.
